Our checker runs every 5 minutes and works through the directory in batches, so each busy server is checked about once an hour and smaller servers about every 6 hours. We only store what that list tells us: we don't connect to the server.
What "down" can mean Offline: the join code wasn't on the Cfx.re list when we checked. The server may be shut down, restarting, or using a new code.Status unknown: the Cfx.re list didn't give us a usable answer (for example it refused or failed our request).
